absolutely love Christmas time, from the decorations, lights, binge watching classic movies such as Home Alone and Miracle on 34th Street and of course listening to the unofficial Christmas anthem “All I Want For Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey on repeat. But what I really love about this time of year is the delicious food that is around. From turkey and hams to sweet treats and gingerbread houses. Christmas certainly doesn’t disappoint when it comes to the array of food. I wanted to share some of my tips to enjoy Christmas responsibly – that’s right you can have your “healthy” cake and eat it too!
